I'm Caglar. A digital artist with a main focus of creating 3D characters and environments.
Born 1985 in Istanbul, been working for films and games since 2009.
Between 2004-2009, I've studied Cinematography and Film Studies (BA). Getting graduated on 2009 from Yeditepe University, I worked for feature films as a 3D Artist for 10 years. After a good experience of movies with some Netflix titles and European tv shows, my career shifted it's path into the games industry. While changing my business sector it was also necesarry to get more education, so I've studied a 5 months certificate program on Michigan State University. (Art For Video Games / Online Program)
My skillset includes 2D sketching, Sculpting, Modeling, UV & Texturing, Lighting & Shading, Look Development and I also have some small technical skills of Rigging as well. Using mainly Maya, Zbrush and Substance Suite, i have good enough skills on engines like Unity and Unreal. It has been quite a journey since 2009 but im a big fan of journeys and my passion for art keeps me going down this road.
